All Things to All Men – 1 Corinthians 9:22

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

1 Corinthians 9:22
To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.

I love this verse. This truly shows the heart that was beating in Paul. He wanted all to come to the Truth and he was willing to do whatever it took to reach out so all could see. He was ready to put self aside and put the gospel front and center at whatever cost.

The previous verses to this particular one shows he wasn’t prejudice in who he reached out to. It didn’t matter what your status was, where you came from, or what walk of life you had. Paul reached out to all.

Now we have to ask ourselves, who do we reach out to? Are we open to all? Are we prejudice in who we share the word with? I know that may sound kind of silly and I hope that it really is something silly to you. Just don’t let it come to a reality in your life. Everyone needs to hear the truth, even those people who we may struggle with.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, Shalom.
