Afflict Yourself – The Day of Atonement

Many opinions abound regarding what it means to “afflict yourself” for the Day of Atonement. However, if we saw the possible significance of how this day could be in line with the resurrection, would we do anything different? Would we not humble ourselves to the best of our ability as prescribed for this day? What would that look like? What should it look like? Take 15 minutes to consider some thoughts for us all to pray over.
