Don’t Forget – Exodus 2:13-14

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Exodus 2:13
The next day he went out and saw two Hebrews fighting. He asked the one in the wrong, “Why are you hitting your fellow Hebrew?” 14 The man said, “Who made you ruler and judge over us? Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian?” Then Moses was afraid and thought, “What I did must have become known.”

There are many questions out there today about the life of Moses. One of them would be just when did he find out he was really a Hebrew? Another question would be how he felt about about his fellow brothers and sisters being treated the way they were while he lived in royalty. I find these two verses very interesting though. Moses couldn’t understand how two brothers could fight they way these two were.

Yet, is it really that different today? How many times do we see brothers and sisters argue and fight over things today? Allow me to remind us. Even if you disagree with someone on what you consider a major issue, they are not your enemy. Don’t forget that.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!

Here's something interesting to consider:
