How Strong? – Philippians 1:27

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Philippians 1:27
Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.

OK. Did you hear that? Can you let that sink in for just a second? In fact, let me read it again.

“Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.”

No matter what happens in our life, we are to be sure that we handle our responses in a way that is worthy of the Gospel. Now, let’s continue reading from that part of the verse.

“Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel 28 without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved — and that by God.”

How we respond to things in this life can serve as a huge billboard in letting others know how strong we are in the Fatih. So, how strong are you?

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
