Hello and thanks for joining in on to today’s daily devotion. Today is Saturday. February 13th. The 7th day of the Hebraic week. And everybody says “HalleluYah.”

Our verses today is Matt. 25:21.

Matt. 25:21
“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!'”

This is obviously in the parable of the talents. The first thing that needs to be noted here is that the individual was considered a servant. Do you have a mindset of being servant? Do you live your life for what you can get or for what you can offer YHWH?

Next, we need to note that this individual was a faithful servant. Meaning, he didn’t just claim to be a servant, he lived it. It wasn’t just about do’s and don’ts. It was lifestyle of submission to the Father. Following His every command at will.

It is noted that because this individual was faithful with a few things, he is in turn put in charge of many things and then invited to share in his masters happiness. What has the Father given you to be faithful with? All of us have something that He has given us to do. And we can’t forget that He also gives us tasks from day to day that may vary in purpose and cause. Are you being faithful with what He is giving you?

Do you make it a priority to examine your life to make sure you are faithful to what He speaks to you?

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until tomorrow, shalom!
