Fear of Man – Proverbs 29:25

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Proverbs 29:25
Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in YHWH is kept safe.

Are you afraid of man? Before you give a quick “No” for an answer, you may want to ponder this for a moment. Could there be ways you have allowed the fear of man to influence your life?

Fearing what man can do to you is a snare. It’s a trap. It will cause you to make decisions that are not founded in Truth. But rather those decisions will be founded in fear. Fearing what man may think of you. Fearing what man may say to others about you. Fearing what man will cause to happen to you. Making decisions based on the fear of man will only make it more difficult to hear the Spirit speak to your heart.

25 Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in YHWH is kept safe.

Trust in YHWH. He will provide all that you need no matter what man may do. Can it be difficult? Absolutely. Can it be done? You know it.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout today. Until next time, Shalom
